Welcome to Housing Services at Sonoma State University!

Our office provides campus housing for students and offers services to current and prospective students, staff and faculty for searching and securing off-campus accommodations. We are pleased to announce our partnership with Off-Campus 101 (OCH101) to provide an extensive rental search and listing service. We hope this new service will help students discover the right place to live and for landlords/property managers to find the right student to rent; both, in a shorter amount of time.

Sonoma State Students (Prospective and Currently Enrolled)

Students can search the OCH101 database for free to find all types of local accommodations. The types of listings range from rooms for rent in houses or apartments to vacant properties. Through the Roommate Finder you will be able to post profiles sharing your interests, habits, and housing needs; search for students with common interests and lifestyles; and identify criteria’s for searching for a rental. If you feel you need to advertise your rental better, please use the OCH101 to post a listing. Landlords and Property Managers

Promoting your available rentals and properties on OCH101 will give you the tools to select the right students to fill your vacancies. This listing service provides extensive text descriptions, ability to upload pictures, directions, and over 50 listing features to better market your rental. You will have access 24/7 to manage your account online. For assistance during normal business hours contact OCH101 at 1-800-862-9874 or Housing Services at (707) 664-2541. If you have posted in the past (prior to 5/15/06) with Sonoma State University’s Off-Campus listing service, you will need to create a new username and password.

SSU Staff and Faculty

Employees of SSU can use the search and posting service for free too. To receive a free listing, please stop by Housing Services in Zinfandel Hall or call us at (707) 664-2541.
